We’re pleased to share a significant construction milestone for the Collinson Rise development: The project passed the 70% mark towards completion.
Construction Progress Milestone: Beyond 70%
Over the winter months, the Collinson Rise investment has seen continuous advancement of construction of the “REVO Condos”. Following the earlier completion of framing and roof membrane work, there has been significant progress with the interior and exterior of the building. This milestone marks the transition to the final stages of the construction.

What’s Next
Following completion of the structure and lock-up, the team will move along with:
- Continued work on exterior cladding
- Completion of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing rough-ins for the east wing
- Progress with drywall and beginning work on kitchen and bathroom cabinets
