Ryan is the founder and CEO of the Millennial Developments Corp and RJT Developments Corp., with extensive experience in all aspects of real estate development and full-cycle development management. From land parcel acquisition through planning approvals and pre-sales, to successful build-out and distribution of revenues, Ryan is involved in each step of the process. He brings extensive experience in construction management and specializes in low to mid-rise housing construction as a Registered Builder in British Columbia. Over the span of his career, he has managed the planning and/or construction of over 450,000 square feet of sellable residential space, and his unique skillset allows him to recognize development opportunities and bring great value to investors, as well as delivering new housing options to the market to build community.
