Return on Investment:

Income: 7.25%  per annum, paid quarterly, comprising of  interest and return of capital (ROC).

Growth: 4.25% per annum, paid upon redemption or at maturity. Growth derived from mortgage pay down (2.5% p.a.) and anticipated market growth (2% p.a.).

Redemption and Maturity:

Redemption rights after 30 months. Investment repayable in 120 months.

Investment Security:

Direct security against rental properties (collateral mortgage).
